This custom acoustic cotton differs from traditional insulation cotton, featuring semi-rigid fibers with elongated fibers measuring 35-40mm/5.5-6.0μm (insulation cotton typically consists of 15-20mm/7.5-8.5μm short, thick flexible and rigid fibers).

    Custom inorganic semi-rigid, long-fiber acoustic cotton physically creates a network of interconnected micro-long holes layered with air pockets, generating powerful broadband absorption effects. Custom acoustic cotton products achieve sound absorption coefficients as high as ≥0.96 (equivalent to 1.5 times that of thermal insulation acoustic products). This high-performance solution significantly reduces material usage, thereby lowering investment costs.
