The joints of the sound insulation panels are sealed, and the electrical conduit holes and air conditioning ventilation pipe outlets in the sound insulation structure layer are sealed to prevent air leakage of sound. When installing the metal keel and sound insulation panels, the damping effect of the contact surface is increased to effectively eliminate structural resonance. The position of the ground vibration damping adhesive and the sound insulation panels is fixed during installation.
- Installation：
The substrate surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, oil, and moisture before bonding and sealing. The surface can be cleaned with a clean, lint-free white cotton cloth, wiped dry with toluene or acetone, and the adhesive should be applied within one hour. Ensure the adhesive completely fills the joints without gaps and make necessary touch-ups before the adhesive cures. Uncured adhesive should not be completely isolated from air. Application should not be performed when the substrate surface temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C.
- Precaution：
Direct contact of the uncured adhesive with skin or eyes may cause allergic reactions. Excessive exposure to volatile vapors may cause allergies in the eyes, nose, and throat. Avoid skin contact during application, wear protective gloves, and use in a well-ventilated working environment.
- Transportation & Storage：
This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as a general non-hazardous material. Store this product in a dry, ventilated, and cool place at an optimal temperature of 26°C. Shelf life is 8 months.
