- Veneer Air Sound Insulation：
The front and back panels are made of inorganic materials with different densities and thicknesses, while the core layer consists of a soft-state aluminum metal plate. These components are bonded with double-layer polymer damping materials and formed by adhesive-free high-pressure composite molding.
The soft-state aluminum plate in the core layer exhibits significant sound isolation properties for mid-to-high and ultra-high frequencies, while the high-density front and back panels provide excellent mid-to-low frequency sound insulation. The double-layer damping constraint structure generates highly effective shear stress to suppress low-frequency and ultra-low frequency sound transmission.
